Pay as you go
$85 for the first hour, then $40 for each extra 30 minutes. 1-hour minimum, no membership needed.
Need more time? Extra time is billed in 30-minute increments. Members pay $30 for each extra 30 minutes. Pay-as-you-go is $85 for the first hour (1-hour minimum), then $40 for each extra 30 minutes. Each trip includes 10 miles each way (20 miles round trip). Extra miles are $1.07 per mile. For VA and airport service, call or text for rates. Prescription deliveries included in Companion (2 per month) and Concierge (6 per month) don't use service hours. Plan members pay $20 for each additional prescription delivery, which doesn't use service hours. Pay-as-you-go prescription pickup counts as service time. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Weekend, after-hours, and holiday service is by request and adds a $100 fee per booking, on top of regular rates, mileage, and waiting time. We always tell you before going over. Payment is due before service.
